Thanks to numerous sales trip to the US, Gilles also discovers another passion for Bourbons. Main compenent in Bourbon is corn (mini 51% for bourbon), Gilles prefers Bourbons with an higher Rye content. He has acquired several barrels with different content of rye to make his own blend, another Champagne Twist :-).
Bourbon has to be aged in new barrels for the 1st 3 years of its life in the US.

CHARACTERISTICS: The rye confers a certain dryness to this spirit compared to a traditional Bourbon (usually sweeter). The Ratafia Champenois is rounding the final result.
