The exquisite complexity of fresh and dry fruit…
Composed of approximately 2/3 of grape juice and 1/3 of Cognac, blended just after the grape harvesting. Aged in oak barrels more than 5 years after the blend. Plums and pear aromas, with some dried fruit hints (nut, hazelnut,). To be tasted pretty cool as an aperitif, but also a matchless dessert wine (vanilla cream, crème brulée, Tatin tart, white chocolate…) or as well with a goose liver pate.
Colour: Mahogany colour, deep rosé
Nose: Candied quince, blackberries, blackcurrant, white tobacco
Palate: Firm but supple, perfume generous and powerful red fruits
