Just like the Grande Champagne 1988, this vintage Cognac comes from a winegrower who became a merchant, passionate about the buying and selling of stocks which he selected for their high quality.
This Cognac was aged under State control since its entry into the cellars of the ORECO on the 16th March 1983, until it was placed in our own several years ago.
Refined nose once opened after a few minutes in the glass: hawthorn, honey, toffee. The mouth is frank and precise, quiet classical: fresh grapes, pear almond tart, prunes. The finish is harmonious.
