It’s balanced with a full body. Bright texture with a long finish – Uncorked 2 hrs before serving. On opening tobacco (cigars) earth and leather. After one hour begins to open up and to reveal a nicely fruity nose, but it is still quite unbalanced at palate. After two hours the nose has fully evolved to fruity – blueberry confiture, black currant, cherry under spirit, plum- with hints of dried flowers and spices- black pepper, coffee, liquorice- tobacco and leather being still recognisable. The colour is still quite intense and lively, no hint of orange. At palate shows fine tannins a nice acidity, and an interesting sapid tone. Long finish.
