Distilled the 5th October 1990.
The rare single malt was distilled in Scotland in December 1990 and was then transported to France where it matured for more than 30 years. Over a quarter of a decade! The ageing took place in a single Oloroso sherry cask in a Burgundian cave – now that’s not something you see every day.
Exceptional maturation, concentrated and elegant floral savours, subtle, without any alcohol feelings. Round and delicate, reddish amber colour. The silky texture makes a beautiful balance. To be relished in the silence
