Coming from natural fermentation of plums from Lorraine, distilled in a traditional copper still and aged for at least 2 years in tanks. Notes of almonds, typical of stone fruits, associated with the aromatic sweetness of the mirabelle plum.
Best served as a digestive after meals, as an aperitif in your cocktails or in desserts such as pie.
