Our kiwi eau-de-vie comes from a natural fermentation of the fruit, distilled in our traditional copper stills. Then it is put to age at least 2 years in glass carboys. The kiwi fruit brandy is fresh and fruity, it gives off floral notes.
Perfect in cocktails but also traditionally consumed at the end of a meal, to facilitate digestion.
